Namlo Himalaya is a non-governmental organization registered with the Social Welfare Council (SWC) in Nepal. The organization undertakes social projects in underserved schools and communities. To fulfill its mission, Namlo implements a variety of initiatives focused on improving educational facilities and community well-being, including school construction, development programs, training, scholarships, and sustainable community development.
Namlo operates as an autonomous entity, free from religious or political affiliations. Its initiatives aim to create lasting, positive changes that promote both educational advancement and economic empowerment. By equipping individuals with the necessary tools and knowledge to achieve self-sufficiency, Namlo works diligently to reduce dependency and strengthen communities.

Krish Bhattarai prepares a roadmap guiding Namlo Himalaya in its mission to eliminate illiteracy and combat poverty. With a strong passion for the empowerment of communities, he is responsible for managing overall aspects of the organization's operations.
Working closely at the grassroots level, Krish is responsible for the identification, development, and implementation of Namlo's educational and community development programs, writing grant reports and donor outreach, and providing direction to our part-time staff who work directly in communities.
With a Master of Business Studies (MBS) degree, Krish advocates for the people of the Himalayan nation. His passion lies in helping people and spending time with nature during his free time.

The directors at ANE play a vital role by providing invaluable consulting advice and expertise. Their guidance is instrumental as we work together to implement significant and impactful projects in Nepal, aiming to create positive change and uplift local communities.

Guillermo is a civil engineer from Spain with an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering and an Executive MBA degree. After contributing to Nepal through ANE for almost a decade, he now offers significant technical advice for shaping Namlo projects from overseas. His profound insights and guidance help Namlo Himalaya thrive and assist more needy communities in Nepal.

Francisco is an engineer based in Argentina. With a master's degree in engineering, he visited Nepal to oversee a school construction project in Tanahun in 2018/19. Since then, Francisco has been providing significant technical advice from overseas to ensure the structural safety and quality of Namlo's construction projects in remote communities of Nepal.

We currently have a vulnerable socio-economic scholarship program where you can fund their school shoes in just $7, backpacks in $9, stationery items in $12, and uniform in just 15$ per student or you can sponsor some of these children with annual school fees.
For regular support:
Monthly quarterly semi-annually or annually.
Your donation directly funds our specific programs, e.g., "socio-economic scholarship, educational materials, workshops, or any other efforts". Supporter can specify which project they want to support to.
